We got this for Christmas and were blown away! It’s so compact that it can be put in a drawl nicely.
No more big bulky machines for us that we hated took up so much counter space, we got the 20 reusable bags in 3 sizes. The bags go in the fridge and freezer, which takes up less room, and the fact that we don’t have to repurchase bags because they go right into the dishwasher to clean them and reuse. It seals within a minute or less and is the easiest to use.
My husband and I looked at each other and said where was this long ago. We store our fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses you name it. My fridge and freezer are so organised it’s ridiculous. My cheeses, salads, and fruits we take out what we need, then reseal them so more things are going bad in our refrigerator. We hated so much that we threw out more fruits, salads, etc., because they would spoil before we could use them all.
We recently used it with a marinade for steaks, and they came out awesome. I rinsed the bag out and slid it into my dishwasher, and it cleaned up like new, ready to be used again and again.

I received this in November and LOVED it! They describe it if you follow the directions and have some patience.
Earlier this month (Jan), I had an issue with the blue light staying on or continuously blinking. This ran the battery down.
My Amazon return time was over. I had purchased the insurance, but when I contacted them, they asked that I contact the manufacturer. So, I was frustrated, but that’s OK.
I contacted Chef Preserve, explained the issue, and gave them proof I purchased from Amazon. Two days later, I received an email with a delivery confirmation number and another from the customer service person I had been working with.
My new unit is headed my way.
So, if you read in some of these comments that the company doesn’t stand behind the product, either they are not contacting the correct company, they can’t explain the issue, or they can’t prove they purchased the unit.
